"Hi. I have sort of a crazy problem. My thirsty cat keeps knocking over our LV Aviators cups and the spilled water risks damaging our electronics, furniture, etc. etc. Can you help us? This is getting seriously annoying!"
"Hi there - we have some screwdrivers in the K-4 Design Lab and need something to hold them. Can you design a holder with different sized holes for them?"
